About Ivy Tech Hamilton County Campus
Ivy Tech Hamilton County serves the communities of Arcadia, Atlanta, Cicero, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Sheridan, and Westfield with twenty academic programs in high-demand career areas, including, healthcare, information technology, building construction, and business, just to name a few. With more than 2,000 students enrolled across at Ivy Tech Hamilton County, we prepare students to enter the workforce or continue their education at a four-year institution. Our vision is to build a prosperous future for Hamilton County by being the first choice for post-secondary education and training.
The recently opened state-of-the-art healthcare lab on the Ivy Tech Hamilton County campus, welcomed the first nursing cohort in January 2023. After receiving over 180 applications, 20 students were selected into the nursing program. The healthcare lab provides students a hands-on learning experience with simulation labs that mirror the experiences in healthcare careers. The School of Information Technology was brought to the Ivy Tech Hamilton County campus in August 2022 and has grown rapidly, offering programs in cybersecurity, software development and other IT programs. Ivy Tech Hamilton County was the first in the state to hold an IT bootcamp, which created a path by which students obtained a credential in one semester.

After listening to the workforce and student needs in Hamilton County, Ivy Tech Hamilton County officially became its own standalone campus on July 1, 2021. Since then, the campus has experienced tremendous growth. We advance Indiana’s fastest-growing county through student-centered and inclusive education by aligning programs to the current and future needs of the community, promoting career development and job placement in high-wage, high-demand fields, and by cultivating intentional partnerships that support students through completion.
