Lawrenceburg

Ivy Tech Lawrenceburg/Batesville

Ivy Tech Lawrenceburg/Batesville serves the communities of Dearborn, Ripley, Franklin and Ohio counties with more than 30 academic programs in high-wage, high-demand career areas, including business, computer science, advanced manufacturing, criminal justice, education, nursing/healthcare, and information technology. With more than 4,000 students enrolled across its four-county service area, Ivy Tech Lawrenceburg/Batesville prepares students to enter the workforce or transfer their education to a four-year institution.

Dual Enrollment Scholarship Support

Lawrenceburg and Batesville’s Dual Enrollment Program continues to grow as the goal for college bound high school students to earn college credits prior to graduating high school increases. Current high school students are not eligible for federal or state financial aid. Some schools and pathways are supported through special program funding, whereas others have to pay out of pocket. Our goal is to create scholarships for dual enrollment students who are not supported by a funding program, so all high school students in the communities we serve have equal opportunity for college credit.
