We are your local community college, and we desire to partner with you to meet our service area's education, training, and workforce needs. Ivy Tech Indianapolis is the state's largest Ivy Tech service area, comprising Marion, Boone, and Hendricks Counties, with locations in downtown Indianapolis, Lawrence, Plainfield, and the International Marketplace on the city's northwest side. We are also the Ivy Tech campus with the most diverse student population.

At Ivy Tech Indianapolis, we provide Hoosiers with affordable degrees, short-term certificates, and other credentialing or professional development tailored to their needs.

Our Ivy Tech Indianapolis campus serves more than 28,000 students annually through in-person, online, or hybrid learning modalities. Our commitment is to be a "campus without walls" through our ability to meet the needs of learners wherever they may be—in their homes, on their jobs, through community-based or faith-based organizations, or on our campuses.

Supporting Our Students on Ivy Tech Day

Gifts made on Ivy Tech Day support the mission of Ivy Tech Indianapolis through our unrestricted fund, which supports programs that are crucial to our students’ success. One of these vital programs is IvyCares.

The IvyCares office assists students with finding additional campus and community support throughout their academic journey. Sometimes called “wraparound services,” IvyCares focuses on helping students connect with resources in the following areas: emergency transportation assistance, food security, mental health resources, technology assistance, and emergency aid funding.

On Tuesday, April 23, 2024, you can make a difference in the lives of our students by taking part in Ivy Tech Day of Giving. All gifts made on this day will support students in need. #GrowIvyIndyGrow
