Give.Grow.Go on April 21
Our fourth annual day of giving is coming up on April 21, 2026! Ivy Tech Day is a time to celebrate our 19,000 alumni in the region, highlight our community partners, and make an impact on our 8,000 students. Thank you to everyone who helped make last Ivy Tech Day a success. We raised over $30,000 in just one day. Building on last year’s momentum, we are striving to raise $35,000 this year. We invite you to #GiveGrowGo with us again this year on Tuesday, April 21.
How You Can Support on Ivy Tech Day
- 7 a.m. Make Ivy Tech Day Sparkle | The first 50 donors who donate $125 or more will receive a locally handcrafted gift. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram so you can be one of the first to see this unique item.
- 5-7 p.m. Keep the Momentum Going | Stop by Charlie's Pub and Grub and enjoy live music courtesy of Ivy Tech. A percentage of all sales during this timeframe will be donated back to Ivy Tech. Also, the first 35 people to make a gift of $50 or more during this timeframe will get a gift made by an Ivy Tech student!
Double Your Impact by Participating in Challenges
- Unique Donor Challenge | Every 10 unique gifts unlock $1,000 up to $7,000.
- Retiree Donor Challenge | Gifts from Ivy Tech retirees will be matched dollar for dollar (up to $1,000). Donating $50 turns into a $100 impact.
- First-time Donor Challenge | First time donating to Ivy Tech? Your gift will be doubled (up to $3,000). Donate $25, and it will be matched with another $25.
- Alumni Donor Challenge | Gifts from Ivy Tech alumni will unlock an equal amount (up to $1,000). Your $5 gift unlocks an additional $5 to support students!
Visit Local Businesses
Visit our community partners on Ivy Tech Day to give back to Ivy Tech while supporting their businesses. Some of our community partners offer specialty items or promo codes that will donate a percentage of sales back to Ivy Tech.
- Charlie's | 1608 Crawford St. Terre Haute | Stop in and enjoy live music courtesy of Ivy Tech and keep the energy of Ivy Tech Day going. Enjoy the Ivy Tech Tweety Burger of the Day, featuring Duke's Mayo and a special Ivy Tech Day cocktail. A portion of the total day's sales will be donated to Ivy Tech.
- Culver's | Both Terre Haute Locations | Dine in or carry out and a percentage of sales will go back to Ivy Tech. Present a gift receipt that shows you gave $25 on Ivy Tech Day, win a free cheese curd, or show a $50 gift receipt and win a free value meal.
- Gerrie's Italian on 9th | 545 N. 9th St., Clinton | Enjoy a specialty Ivy Tech Day cocktail, and a percentage of sales will be donated back to Ivy Tech.
Ivy Tech Employees Special Activities
- 8-9:30 a.m. | Cakes with Crooks in the Community Room | For $5 enjoy a pancake breakfast made by Honeysuckle Hill Bee-Stro and served by Chancellor Crooks.
- 11 a.m.-1 p.m. | Mascot Voting - Lunch Time Crunch Time | Help us choose our campus mascot! Stop by a donation table at Main Campus, Greencastle, CWD, or TechLab to cast your vote by making a gift online or in person in support of your favorite mascot option. The students will help us narrow it down from Parker the Pathfinder, Turbo the Tech-spert, and Tank the Terrapin to our final two, and then your vote (via donation!) will help determine the final mascot!
